Based in Warrington Top Mark Solutions offers facilities management services specialising in the property management industry. We have every trade covered from joiners, plumbers, drainage specialists, roofers, painting and decorators to external building cleaners.

We are looking for **Roofers **that can also provide other skills to include basic Joinery and general maintenance trades as part of our ongoing support to property management companies across the Northwest. Most work tends to be repairs to existing roofs on 3-4 story apartments.

**Duties**:

- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare the roof for repair
- Install new roofing materials, which could include shingles, tiles, or metal sheets
- Repair or replace damaged roof components, such as flashing, gutters and Soffits
- Ensure roofs are properly sealed and waterproofed
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a roofer
- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in heavy lifting and working at heights
- Strong understanding of masonry and carpentry principles
- Skilled in using power tools to cut, shape, and fabricate roofing materials
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects
- IPAF trained (Retraining is available)
