- and post-construction services. Igne’s six service categories are: site investigation, testing, unexploded ordnance, water wells, geothermal, and geo-environmental.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Align HR initiatives with business goals by coaching managers to make well-informed decisions, while knowing when to push back or escalate complex matters
- Support line managers through investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management processes, ensuring fairness, timeliness, and legal compliance.
- Manage and maintain HR systems. Use data analytics and key metrics to inform decisions and process improvements
- Actively contribute to HR strategy projects.

**Person Specification**
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar generalist HR role, including managing employee relations matters.
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong communication skills, including strong letter writing capabilities
- Commercial awareness
- Comfortable prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines, adaptable in a dynamic, growing environment.
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel UK wide as necessary
- CIPD qualified

- £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
