Our Croydon site is currently seeking a Client Engagement Executive for a 3-month fixed term contract, where you will be the single point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their experience with us and enhancing their satisfaction every step of the way. - As a Client Engagement Executive, you will be pivotal in shaping our customers' experiences, acting as their main point of contact throughout their journey with us. You will ensure that customer service and communication standards are maintained at the highest level, using your problem-solving skills and intuition to address any issues or complaints that arise. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to maximise sales by upselling our products and services, all while adhering to company and legal standards when processing documentation.
