Coming in spring, The Store Hotel a new luxury lifestyle boutique hotel set in the heart of Oxford. We sit in the building of the historic department store and Oxford institution, Boswells. Our 101-bedroom hotel will delight guests with a sense of curiosity and wonder, reflecting the rich heritage of the building’s former life.

Our growing team is already full of dedicated and passionate professionals working hard to see The Store bring a new and refreshed luxury hotel experience to the city of Oxford.

Located on Broad Street, in the historic Boswells department store, The Store delights guests with a labyrinth of beautifully designed spaces and installations, that awaken a sense of exploration and wonder, whilst encouraging you to settle in and make them your own.

**_ Here’s what the role is all about:_**

As Night Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and safe experience throughout the night.

The role involves everything you would expect, including overseeing the night operations and providing pivotal support for the Night Manager. As a primary liaison for guests and colleagues, you will offer assistance, address concerns, and resolve any issues that arise.

Your attention to detail and dedication to exceptional service will be vital.

Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle guest concerns or complaints with diplomacy and empathy.
