**Get to know the Role**

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work in a highly collaborative fashion, exploring the needs of our users and creating impactful solutions for them. We’re looking for exceptional designers who are excited by the opportunity to have a major impact on how millions of people across Southeast Asia interact with Grab.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics and Engineering in exploring problem spaces.
- Work at both the strategic and tactical level in defining and executing the vision.
- Work on design-led projects to identify and tackle intrinsically hard problems involving multiple dependencies.
- Conduct and facilitate ideation sessions and testing to ensure alignment, viability, usability and quality of outcome.
- Deliver flows, prototypes and high-quality specs that set the standard for design excellence.
- Participate in user research and testing activities around the Southeast Asia region.
- Turn data from market, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research into user insights.
- Shape the future of our Design organisation by improving design processes and coaching other designers.
- You may work on problem spaces including Payments, Loyalty, Security, Lending, Insurance and Investment, serving our consumers, drivers and merchants.

**The Must-Haves**
- 4+ years experience in Product Design.
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating user-centered design process and solutions.
- Strong core product design skills: visual design, prototyping, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of user experience design for the web and mobile.
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Protopie and other design tooling.
- Ability to prototype design concepts and interactions.
- Good working knowledge of mobile and front-end web standards.

**The Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience working on cross-functional product teams.
- Experience in Payments or Financial Services.
- Experience in Service Design, User Research, Animation, Content Strategy, Front-end Development or Data Analysis.
