We have an exciting, brand new opportunity to join the team at Consumer Energy Solutions as a Training Manager, where you will be required to up skill all of the operational departments and support them on their personal development journey. You will identifyand monitor training needs in the organisation and ensure that all training delivery is to a high standard. This is a fantastic chance to work within a well-established organisation based in Swansea that is looking for a motivated, tenacious, and creativeindividual to join our team.

**The Role**
- Assess current training delivery and identify opportunities to improve training delivery methods when required
- Review, adapt, design, plan, and implement training programs specific to each department
- Development and delivery of an effective, robust and accurate training strategy
- Work with Directors to develop the workforce in line with the needs of the business
- Reporting against agreed KPI’s backed by a robust strategy of training development and delivery
- Support senior management to develop a professional culture throughout the business underpinned by the structured professional and personal development of our team members
- Ensure training is cost-effective and within budget

**About You**
- Experience of developing, leading and coaching in a dynamic sales focussed environment
- Ability to translate business strategy/change initiatives into knowledge, skill and capability requirements
- Strong stakeholder management, with experience of liaising with internal and external stakeholders, developing collaborative working practices
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written in multiple mediums
- Knowledge of teaching and the ability to design and deliver training programs

- Proactive and self sufficient
- Strong team player but also have the ability to work independently
- Able to matrix manage resource as appropriate
- Able to work effectively within all levels and areas of the organisation (Sales, Administration, Field Sales and Installation Operatives)
