**Sales Incentive Coordinator**
**Sales Incentive Administrator**
Based in Leatherhead, Surrey
Hybrid Working (3 days office based, 2 days working from home)
This role will suit a highly driven, focused individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with responsibility for managing key incentive channels and support the Sales Incentive Programme Manager. In addition, you will provide support to the Finance Operations team with new vehicle pricing, goods receipting of shipments, running the Affinity/Motability scheme and physical stock takes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Processing dealer incentive payments for Affinity/Motability scheme
- Incentive & Profit analysis on key channels
- Various variance analysis to support manager
- Month end reconciliations & accruals
- Goods receipting over GBP 1 billion worth of vehicles
- Daily/weekly reports on key business performances to the executives
- Month end work completed within agreed timescales
**Dealer Incentives**
- Process Affinity / Motability claims on iNet & payment runs on a weekly basis
- Liaise with dealers as required and work closely with Fleet to accurately update incentive/price protection & handling fees
- Analyse incentive spending & profitability
- Monthly reconciliations completed within specified time after month-end & make accurate accruals
**Direct Channel Sales**
- Pricing contracts for our Direct Customers & liaising with fleet colleagues as required
- Analysing direct channel spending & profitability
**New Vehicles**
- Assist physical stocktake of new/used car stock and help produce reconciliation between general ledger and stock report
- Assist with daily/weekly reports as required.
- Process vehicle shipments when due and liaise with factories or Supply/Sales departments as appropriate
- Ensure manifests are correct and in accordance with factory invoices and costing files
- Reconcile & follow up any cost discrepancies with Factory & Product department
- Assist with customs import procedures as required
**Pricing & Costing**
- Add in relevant basic costings to all model codes.
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective communication and accuracy of pricing
**Other**
Assist with internal and external audits as required
- Ad hoc projects
**_Person Specification: _**
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident in ability working with formulas within MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and complete work to deadlines
- Numerate
- Well organised with good system skills
- Willing to learn and take on responsibility and new challenges
- Ability to offer a high level of service to internal and external customers
- Good team player and able to work across department
- Previous accounts office experience
