We are looking to recruit a temporary Events Administrator to support the events department of this leading professional body. The booking will last for 6-8 weeks and there is the possibility of the role becoming permanent.
- sending out communications regarding events i.e. invitations and joining instructions
- assisting with printing of badges, organising couriers etc.
- admin support for a busy events team
- updating information on the CRM system and producing weekly feedback and attendance reports
- an events graduate or equivalent looking to build experience
- office administration experience supporting events or training programmes e.g.. dealing with delegates, arranging training materials to be distributed, sending out joining instructions
- good written and communication skills essential
- strong computer skills ideally with some experience of using a CRM system

Ideally to start 30 May - remote working with at least 1 day in the City based office but option to work in the office more if preferred.
