With over 1,000 employees, this company work with customers in 35 jurisdictions worldwide,supplying gaming systems, amusement entertainment solutions, digital games, virtual sports products, and on-site gaming machines. You will join the company as a Motions Graphic Artist responsible for creating and enhancing motion design for products, social media and tradeshows. You will liaise closely with Game Producers and Marketing Creatives to produce impactful motion design across all digital channels. Main Responsibilities: - Create polished designs and animated buttons for game releases. - Create highly creative animated videos with a focus on visual effects and 3D for Retail and Interactive games. - Manage and deliver projects, sometimes to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality design output. - Responsible for marketing graphic design of the company's gaming products including digital and live event materials. - Stay on top of opportunities and trends in the gaming market, work with the Marketing Team and Gaming Team to create high-quality marketing assets for different uses and ensure accurate brand representation. You will have the flexibility to work from either of the company’s offices in Manchester and The Midlands or work remotely as the majority of the team do. **Who Fits The Bill**: - Experienced working in Premier Pro, Cinema 4D and Blender. - Comprehensive Adobe Creative Suite experience, advanced use of Photoshop, Illustrator, After-Effect. - Some experience with Element 3D (common aftereffects plugins). - Strong understanding of compressing and encoding video formats. - Deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritise and drive forward multiple projects at a time. - Staying on track with emerging digital trends and engaging with the wider digital creative community. - A keen sense of personal responsibility, for the quality control, presentation, and accuracy of all work. - Ability to storyboard concepts quickly and clearly articulate ideas to line manager and other team members. - Great communication skills are vital as you will be working in a "remote-first" team. - Proven experience within a similar role and the ability to produce motion design from initial brief right up to completion.
