**Job summary**:
The iHub AO position sits within the information management team, working with multiple IT systems and engaging with a variety of work-strands, allowing multiple avenues of career development and learning such as reactive problem solving, predicting and planning.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.

**Job description**:
The world of Information technology space is constantly growing and evolving, with further requirements for ease of use & information exploitation.

As the Ihub AO (E1), you will work within a team that is actively learning and implementing better ways of working, supporting the business needs by working on innovative projects to deliver new tools that increase capability and efficiency.

Along with these projects, the job holder will liaise with various members of the organisation to perform day to day assistance and support, ensuring that policy is followed, standards are upheld and supporting the organisation with account admin, software & hardware issues.

The Ihub AO, is a key position in the information landscape, ensuring a smooth running with their team and improving the quality of work produced across the unit.

You will also be a point of contact for other departments, helping troubleshoot & employing problem solving skills whilst also building a network of key individuals that can work brilliantly together.

The position also provides ample opportunity to further your skills and knowledge, with training courses and qualifications being encouraged to help upskill and improve your abilities.

Note: manual handling of equipment, printers, monitors, computers, etc will be required in the undertaking of this role and the job holder will be required to undertake occasional travel for meetings/training courses, including overnight stays.

**Person specification**:
Essential
- Must be capable of adapting to environmental changes and shifting work priorities, ensuring professional effectiveness is not impacted.
- Continuously strives for improvement by seeking innovative solutions and offering new ideas for ways of working to ensure best practice.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; required to communicate clearly and succinctly with stakeholders at all levels.
- An understanding of records management and of the data protection act 2018.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint online and 2019.
- Ability to understand basic SharePoint coding, SharePoint workflows and power automate.
- Knowledge of keyboard shortcuts. IT literacy.
- Ability to understand basic work-flows /power automate & PowerApps.
- Will be required to lift / carry IT equipment, i.e. Printers, screens, pc’s, etc.

Desirable:

- Expertise with the usage of Sharepoint, working knowledge of SharePoint online and 2019.
- Familiar with Information management.
- Knowledge and understanding of records management and of the data protection act 2018 and GDPR
- Knowledge of PowerAutomate, PowerApps & PowerBi
