Sales Order Processor

Are you looking for your next role within Customer Service?
Is providing an excellent level of service to both internal and external Customers your passion?
Working as part of a well-established, experienced Customer Service Hub who provide a first-class service to both external and internal customers across multiple departments including Logistics, Production and Account Managers.
What will you be doing as a Sales Order Processor?
- Manage and support your own customer base
- Process orders in accordance with service level agreements and department lead times
- Provide regular checks to ensure accuracy of information and data exception reports
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within Customer Service roles
- Excellent IT skills, able to work across multiple systems including Microsoft Office Packages
What will you get in return as a Sales Order Processor?
- Starting salary of GBP20,000 - GBP24,000pa dependant on experience
- Full Time hours - Monday to Friday 8.30AM - 5PM
- 25 days leave plus bank holidays
- Full training and induction period
