**The Role -**
TFJ are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team working on a part time basis, the role will involve undertaking administrative tasks in support of our 100 vehicle fleet, this will generally include
- Coordinating the fleet
- Conducting driving licence checks
- Undertake vehicle audits
- Updating insurance databases
- Conducting incident investigations
- Supporting inductions for new starters
- Updating cloud based vehicle tracker system
- Answering phone calls from vehicle drivers
- Managing MOT's, servicing and repairs
- Performing administrative duties such as printing, scanning documents that may be required in support of the role
- Creating and sending Purchase Orders
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of all the services
- Offering day to day support to stakeholders both inside and outside the business
**You Must -**
- Have previous experience in administrative work
- Have strong IT skills and a good understanding of IT generally
- Be passionate about the quality of your work
- Have a positive attitude
- Want to get things right first time
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
