**The Role -**
- TFJ are looking for experienced Supervisors to join our property adaptations team working on long term contracts (4 years +) in Rochdale and Greater Manchester
- The role will involve
- Site Supervision of 5no. Level Access Shower installations per week
- Daily site visits to inspect quality and health and safety
- Providing advice to the team on technical solutions
- Liaising with our Clients / Customers to agree specifications and variations
- Working with the back-office team to coordinate the team of site staff each day
- Quantifying completed work and undertaking project handovers

**You Must -**
- Have experience in a relevant trade such as joinery, plumbing, electrics, etc.
- Have or be willing to work towards a leadership and management qualification
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be passionate about the quality of your work
- Have a positive attitude towards Health & Safety, your colleagues and customers
- Want to get things right first time
- Have good attention to detail
- Be able to work well in a busy team and manage multiple projects
- Hold a full, clean Driving Licence
