Outbound Sales Advisor

We are currently looking for experienced outbound sales advisors to join our exciting and unique telemarketing business in Carlton, Barnsley. You will be an integral part of the sales team by making B2B calls to promote part and fully funded Work Based Apprenticeships and Work Based Short Courses across the UK.
The beauty about this outbound sales role and our business, is unlike many other telemarketing roles, you are selling / promoting something which is extremely beneficial to employers which helps to assist them with their company financial growth and staff development.
Salary**:£25,000 - £30,000** - dependant on experience - **UNCAPPED **monthly Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (4.30pm finish on Fridays)

**Duties**:
- Promoting fully and partially funded training programmes.
- B2B outbound sales calls contacting small to medium businesses in pursuit of them up skilling their existing work force.
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build sustainable relationships with key decision makers.
**Requirements**:
- Previous outbound sales experience is essential.
- Experience selling apprenticeships would be a benefit, but training will be provided.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Fully competent with Microsoft packages.
- Driven and resilient.
- Hard working and self-motivated.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
