**Waiter / Waitress required for our Michelin starred Restaurant**

**Hambleton Hall, Rutland, LE15 8TH**

We have **full time** vacancies available in our beautiful hotel and restaurant.

Hambleton Hall is one of Britain’s finest country house hotels, situated just outside Oakham, overlooking Rutland Water. The hotel offers our guests an experience to remember with outstanding fine dining and exceptional accommodation.

It is essential that you have your own transport as we are in a beautiful, but very rural part of Rutland, with no bus or train service. We may have onsite staff accommodation available for full time staff, please let us know if this is something you wish to consider when you apply.

As our waiter / waitress you will support the Restaurant Manager and the team in delivering a first-class service in our fine dining restaurant.

**What will you be doing?**
- Working with the team to provide an outstanding, professional level of service to our guests.
- Learning our menu and demonstrating your knowledge, sharing confidently with our guests.
- Preparing the restaurant for service, taking pride in presenting the dining rooms at their very best.
- Serving our guests efficiently, providing any nutritional or allergen information when required.
- When the time is right, clearing the tables in a timely and efficient manner to ensure all areas are ready for our next guests.
- Ensure bills are managed accurately, with the correct charges provided to our reception team in a timely manner.

**Andwhat about you?**
- We are looking for people with some experience in the hospitality industry.
- You will be a good team player with great conversational skills.
- Efficient, organised and with the ability to multi-task.
- Calm under pressure, paying attention to detail with good listening skills.
- Confident with great customer service skills, passion and enthusiasm to provide our guests with amazing service time after time.
- Confident and able to guide our guests through our exquisite menu.
- You will need to be able to commute independently to and from our hotel, our postcode is LE15 8TH, please check on Google Maps to ensure you are within travelling distance.

You will need your own transport. We are based on the beautiful **Hambleton** Peninsula above Rutland Water, there is no train or bus service close to the hotel.
