**Waiters/Waitresses to join Food & Beverage Team - £10.15ph**

**Rutland Hall Hote**l is set in a stunning location on the shores of Rutland Water. We are now gearing up for our Sprint and Summer season and recruiting for Food & Beverage Service Team members to work on a casual basis across various shifts including evenings and weekends dependent on our business needs.

Food and Beverage duties will include working in our stunning Blossoms Restaurant and bar, and across weddings, conferences and functions in our Lake View Event Suite, which are all now open after extensive refurbishment.

Shifts can vary depending on whether you're working breakfast which will means you'll need to be an early riser or if you're working an evening function which on occasions could mean you finish late.

Experience is not essential for these roles, we are looking for team members who are 17 years of age or above, with the right attitude and who are people people You’ve got to like being around others, smiling and chatting because you like people, not because someone told him to smile and chat

Experience is not necessary but a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn is a must.

**Our Food & Beverage Assistants will need**:

- A strong customer service focus and desire to serve
- Flexibility to working hours
- A confident, warm and welcoming personality
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
- Good communication skills
