Business tutor - Vocational Learning
Are you passionate about inspiring and empowering Adult learners to achieve their fullest potential? Do you have a flair for delivering engaging and innovative lessons? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a key member of our dynamic Vocational Learning team at City College Peterborough to deliver Business Administration and Customer Service qualifications up to Level 3.
This position will be working with learners aged 19+ at our Brook Street Campus

Key Responsibilities

**Inspire and Engage**: Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that inspire and stimulate learners.

**Support and Monitor Progress**: Establish effective relationships with learners, providing support and recording their progress.

**Contribute to Growth**: Play a role in the development of the department, helping shape the future of vocational learning.

**Qualification and Experience**: Hold a minimum Level 3 Education and Training Certificate (PTTLS equivalent) and be qualified in Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent. Proven experience in delivering office-related business or customer service qualifications is essential.

**Passion for Teaching**: Be a self-motivated and confident tutor, committed to empowering learners of all ages and abilities.

**Tech-Savvy**: Demonstrate competence in using Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

**Enhance Your Skills**: Engage with 19+ learners and contribute to their personal growth and development.
