If you’re looking to get into marketing and want something different to the standard 9-5 then this could be for you.

We’re a Digital Marketing Agency based in Birmingham and we’re on the lookout for people to join the team and grow with us. Not for the faint hearted, agency life is fast-paced and you’ll be doing a million things a minute, but for us - it’s where we thrive.

If you’re motivated to learn on the job and are open to rolling up your sleeves and giving anything a go then you’ll fit in just fine. If you’ve got a creative soul, have a penchant for writing and social then we’d like to hear from you.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Be social**:You’ll be managing social media channels for our clients, this could be LinkedIn, Insta, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter - whatever they use, we’ll jump on it. You’ll need to be socially savvy and have outstanding English skills to make sure you come up with solid captions and even better calls to action.
- **Research skills**:Aside from being a Google whizz to whip up content, you’ll likely be helping out team with resezch. This means being able to look at trends, spot keyword opportunities and report back. (all of which we’ll help you with)
- **Tea maker**:Ok, so we’re kidding on this one. Unlike most apprenticeships you’ll really be one of the team with us. This means you won’t be sat in a corner making tea - though it is a given that everyone gets involved on the brew round ;) **-** you’ll be working alongside us to genuinely contribute to the work we do, and build your skills and experience as you go.

Sound good? If you like the sound of it here’s the important stuff:

- We’re based in Birmingham. You’ll need to be able to get into the office three-days a week. The other two you’ll be working from home.
- You’ll need something about you, we’re a small creative agency and with that, things can be chaotic. You’ll need to be ok with dropping the work that you’re doing and jumping onto a different project if we need help.
- We can’t stress enough how much English comes into marketing. We will need you to be confident with English language and grammar and be able to write long-from content like blogs, shorter bits for social and have a knack for taking somewhat dull information and make it interesting to the end reader.

**Role**:

- Write individual content for each channel and business for organic and paid advertising
- Research other businesses and keywords to create content
- Engage with audience through conversations and reactions
- Staying up to date with social media and industry relevant news and trends

**Personal Qualities**:

**Qualifications**:
You will need at least five GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths at grades C/4 or above to be eligible for this apprenticeship.

**Training**:

- Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship consisting of the following modules:

- BCS Level 3 Award in Principles of Coding
- BCS Level 3 Certificate in Marketing Principles
- Google Analytics IQ

**Prospects**:
There is potential for progression within the business on successful completion of the apprenticeship or onto a higher-level qualification.
