**The Millennium Hotel Manchester** is seeking a Human Resources Officer to join the team as Cluster Human Resources Officer for Copthorne Hotel Manchester and Millennium Hotel Glasgow. Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Business Partner, this is an exciting role which will allow the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of the employee life cycle.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience as a Human Resources Officer/strong experience as Human Resources Assistant with the potential to progress to the next stage
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Good knowledge of Human Resources processes and employee lifecycle
- Previous experience of delivering orientation training
- Hands on and collaborative approach
- High standard of personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to travel occasionally, as required, to Millennium Hotel Glasgow, including overnight stays
- Experience of hospitality/retail is advantageous
