**_ What you'll do_**

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

- You will be responsible for welcoming and caring for our guests’ each and every need while they reside at Mayfair Park Residences.
- Some of your duties will include welcoming residents in a professional, courteous manner to ensure that they are immediately settled into a warm, hospitable atmosphere so they feel at home; identifying residents’ specific needs & requirements and handle all arrangements discreetly and coordinating with external agencies, as needed, to fulfil resident requirements
- You will also display thorough knowledge of current London transport, facilities & events e.g. place of interest, maps, famous place, transport & restaurants, airline & train timetables; actively promote in-house services & facilities to residents and demonstrate day to day knowledge of wider Hotel Services to provide advice to residents & maximise business growth.
