Job Introduction
Accountable for providing, developing and maintaining secure, reliable, performant End User Computing and Printing solutions to meet the needs of the European Divisions users. This role will also be responsible for effectively managing and optimising the IT hardware and software assets in the European Division.

Main Responsibilities
- To ensure that investigation and response to end users' computing and printing related incidents and requests are performed quickly, efficiently and diligently with a focus on Continual Service Improvement.
- Co-ordinate the effective and efficient operational support of all third party and internally managed End User Computing and Printing solutions.
- Liaise with Business units and corporate functions to ensure that end users' computing and printing solutions address current and future business requirements.
- Lead the definition & delivery of a secure, reliable and performant End User Computing and Printing strategy that meets the current and future needs of the organisation whilst effectively managing costs.
- Identify, determine feasibility and implement technologies and trends that could help improve End User Computing and Printing solutions and standards.
- Define, maintain and constantly improve all End User Computing and Printing standards to be used in the European Division.
- Meet governance and audit requirements and ensure compliance with all necessary End User Computing and Printing related regulations, local legislations and licensing compliance.
- Ensure that all End User Computing and Printing solutions comply with cyber security policies and frameworks so they remain secure and minimise the risk of cyber attacks.
- Document End User Computing and Printing solutions and standards and keep all End User Computing and Printing related documentation up-to-date.
- Provide training and materials to aide end users in the adoption and optimal use of their Computing and Printing technologies and investments.
- Perform regular End User Computing and Printing testing and baselining to ensure that the needs of the end users and IT systems are met and continuously improved.
- Develop skills and knowledge within the rest of the Assets & End User Computing Team.
- Provide day to day management of the team members in the Assets & End User Computing Team, ensuring they are happy, motivated and perform to their highest potential.
- Develop, maintain and perform consistent, efficient and thorough asset management processes

**xperience - Essential**
- IT background with at least 5 years' working with a Microsoft based IT Infrastructure.
- Detailed knowledge of End User Computing technologies, solutions, procedures & processes.
- Strong understanding of licensing and asset management
A history of developing & implementing new End User Computing solutions

**Experience - Desirable**
- Understanding of IT within a manufacturing environment.
- Co-ordinated activities across multiple geographies.
