**Publishing & Open Access Librarian**:
We are seeking to recruit a Publishing & Open Access Librarian to oversee and promote Kew’s approach to open research, including managing open access funds and developing the repository service at Kew. You will additionally lead on the provision and management of e-resources, improving their accessibility and discoverability and leading associated projects in this area. The researcher-focussed services you provide will also include both the development and delivery of training sessions and guides for library users.

**More details**:
With a qualification in library and/or information management, or equivalent experience, you will additionally have experience of research information management systems/current research information systems. A clear awareness of the scholarly communications landscape, including serials publishing, e-resources access and open access will be essential along with a level of budget management experience.

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to deliver training and presentations and work collaboratively with researchers, other teams and stakeholders as required. With excellent IT skills, you will also have a strong attention to detail being able to provide accurate reports and statistics as required.

Interviews are due to take place during week commencing 6 January.

The salary for this position is £38,100 - £43,751 per annum (pro rata), depending on skills and experience [Band D]
