**About the Role**

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Office & Operations Administrator to be the heartbeat of our office You’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly, welcoming visitors, supporting our Directors and Consultants, and making sure our day-to-day operations are seamless. This is a varied role where no two days are the same

**What You’ll Be Doing**

- greeting clients and visitors with a warm welcome

- handling deliveries, stationery, and office supplies

- making drinks for Directors and arranging meeting rooms

- sending client gifts & organising platters or buffets

- answering calls professionally and politely

- managing incoming & outgoing post

- supporting staff events, celebrations, and charity initiatives

- managing petty cash and monitoring stock levels

- organising weekly car cleaning and booking taxis for visitors

- monitoring the “Ask Us” inbox and supporting bulk mailings

**Who We’re Looking For**

- 2+ years’ experience as a receptionist or PA

- excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- super organised, efficient, and detail-focused

- proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask

- IO experience is a bonus
