This is a full cycle, new-business focused sales roleidentifying new, prospective clients who you will meet with, qualify, and close. You will be required to meet with C and D-Level decision makers in engineering, manufacturing, technology, and aerospace businesses. As this company grows your role is likely to change and adapt and as such, requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can take on new challenges easily. Whilst the company operate a "work from anywhere" policy, the individual will need tohave manageable access to London where the head office is located, for sales meetings and coaching sessions. **The Company**: Established in 2016 our client has built a very strong reputation with clients and competitors alike. Operating in the exciting area of R&D tax reclaim and optimisation, they help their clients to improve thefinancial performance of their business without affecting day to day operations. Based in Central London, they have a strong track record of success in the technology, engineering, and manufacturing sectors, and are now the fastest growing firm in this space. They have seen year on year growth since 2016 and are now looking for BDA'swho can help their sales team to drive their growth to the next level. **As a Business Development Associate your responsibilities will include**: - Selling Research & Development tax consulting services - Delivering against New Business sales targets - Meeting sales prospects in face-to-face and virtual meetings to build relationships and close deals **For this Business Development Associate role, we are looking for**: - 2 years+ experience in B2B Sales (required) - Exposure to the world of finance and/or accounting - Degree education or above **Benefits of this Business Development Associate role**: - Salary of £35-45,000 with annual bonus (50% of basic salary) - 25 days holiday, pension scheme, healthcare, personal development budget - A company who prioritises quality of service and train accordingly - Work from anywhere policy - Working from home pack - and expense budget for equipment
