Overview:
**Warehouse Supervisor**

This role is based at the
**Humdinger, Sun Valley in Bromborough**

Monday - Thursday - 08:00 until 17:00

Friday - 08:00 until 16:00

Pay Rate:£13.93 per hour

**About the Warehouse Supervisor role**:
As a Warehouse Supervisor at
**Humdinger, Sun Valley in Bromborough**, you will supervise the day-to-day activities associated with running the warehouse, and ensuring all stock movements are safe, correct, and accurate.

You will also be required to ensure that stock items needed by production are supplied correctly and promptly and that returned stock is recorded and stored correctly - this includes Work Order Allocation and stock transfers across Humdinger sites.

Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor will support and motivate the Warehouse Operatives in GMP and best-in-class warehouse operations and H&S standards. Waste and external areas are the responsibility of the warehouse department, and it is the supervisor’s responsibility that excellent standards are maintained.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key responsibilities of a Warehouse Supervisor**:

- Supervise all staff with particular emphasis on those under direct control.
- Accurate control of stock movements within, into and out of the **Sun Valley** site.
- Accurate completion of all required paperwork.
- Development, creation and utilisation of warehouse related SOP’s including the rolling out of same to the team
- Control replenishment and removal of consumable stock from factory locations.
- Forklift truck condition monitoring - operationally available and assessed regularly - daily/per shift.
- To ensure good manufacturing practice is followed in the warehouse and associated areas, especially concerning food production standards.
- Communicate with production areas to ensure requirements are met to meet operational targets.
- To collate and present reports as and when required.
- Any other reasonable duties that may arise during the day-to-day running of the warehouse function.
- To ensure the department provides all stock on time to the Production/Operations team

Qualifications:
**Skills you’ll need to succeed in our Warehouse Supervisor role**:

- Forklift Licence (Counterbalance & Reach Truck) are essential for this role
- Substantial experience working in an FMCG environment.
- Substantial experience in warehouse operations (FLT license (Counterbalance) held for this duration)
- Proven supervisory/leadership skills.
- Conversant with warehouse operations principles
- Demonstrable appreciation of KPIs
- IT Literate in Microsoft Office
- Excellent administration skills
- Health and Safety awareness - SEMA racking inspection awareness
