**Role Profile**

Location: Sewell Group, Geneva Court, Geneva Way, Leads Road, Hull, HU7 0DG

**Salary**: £19,500, plus bonus opportunity of up to 20% based on performance

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 5.00pm, with 1 hour for lunch

**Role Overview**

Based within our Tech Team at our Group Head Office, the successful individual will be the first point of contact, by phone and in person, for all our staff for tech support queries and administration.

They will form part of our Tech Team and be focused on internal customer (staff) care for all things related to our Tech system. Along with being our first point of contact they will also cover a wider scope of administration for the team for things such as call logging, equipment orders and report writing/document creation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering and logging all Tech support calls
- Signposting staff to troubleshooting guides and escalating support queries to the wider team as necessary
- Coordinating and tracking Tech equipment orders, including managing line manager approvals
- Report writing and documentation development as required, such as recreating/formatting internal tech guidance documents
- Resetting system passwords as required
- Providing wider admin support to the Tech team for project work and day to day activities as required to meet the needs of the business

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of working in a Customer care/reception/administration role
- An excellent approach to customer service
- An excellent, friendly and approachable telephone manner
- Be computer literate in Microsoft Office products
- Have good communication and organisational skills
- Be able to work both as a team member and alone in a busy working environment
- Possess a positive approach to learning and development
