Here at **GXO Logistics**, we are looking for the a full-time, permanent **Logistics Administrator** to join our team in **Swindon**supporting**one of the leading retail companies, **B&Q**.

You will be working on the shift pattern of **Monday**-** Friday**with the hours of **07:00**-** 15:30**.

**What you will do on a typical day**:

- Support the B&Q 'Store to Home' contract, maintaining and facilitating fleet and vehicle compliance
- Manage all aspects of same day execution activities and operational coverage for the contract
- Organise all aspects of vehicle hire record keeping and publication
- Manage colleagues’ records and details within operational planning and tracking systems

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Good working knowledge of MS Office programs and highly proficient in MS Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised, efficient, adaptable, and able to deliver high levels of customer service
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude with a desire to continually strive for improvement
