**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales efforts.

**Duties**
- An experienced lead generator seeking to advance their career into a comprehensive 360-degree role, including account management and effectively engaging with cold leads.
- Approx. making 140 outbound calls per day

**Skills**:

- A start-up mindset, proactive and innovative in their approach with a strong desire to drive results and make an impact
- Goal orientated, strives to exceed sales targets
- The ability to present with professionalism and confidence
- Resilient, quickly adapts to changing circumstances and can overcome objections with ease
- Strong writing skills - proficient in creating proposals and presentations
- A strong understanding of the entire 360 sales cycle is essential - from initial cold calling to closing deals and maintaining client relationships post closure

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
