**Summary**:
This well established bulk distribution company are looking for an experienced logistics manager from the Powders sector to build and run this division for them. You will need operational experience of leading and developing a team and able to improve andincrease profitability. You will engage with, secure and onboard new customers and then manage their business and on going requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and run a start up division
- Identify key target customers and the formulation of a business strategy
- Lead the proposal process for new business
- Negotiate and deliver service contracts and change processes
- Lead and develop a team

Key Skills/Experience:

- Experienced in logistics within the Powder (or similar) sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of current powders management issues and legislative framework
- Strong commercial acumen
- Able to identify and develop new business
- CPC holder preferred
