**As Krispy Kreme continues to grow and develop, so does our people and culture team. Having recently brought Payroll inhouse, we are now looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the team.**

**About the role**

You will manage the day-to-day payroll of around 2000 employees across Krispy Kreme UK & Ireland, reporting into our People Services Manager. This is a standalone position, where you will be accountable for pensions, timesheets, new starters, leavers, absence, and sickness administration in relation to payroll only.

**Key behaviours and attributes**
- Payroll administration experience, ideally in a multi-site organisation
- Irish Payroll experience desired but not essential
- Excellent numerical skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Experience in fast paced environment essential
- Competent in administrative duties
- Excellent attention to detail
- A good communicator and able to work in partnership to support the business
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision when required
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Flexibility towards managing priorities
- A pragmatic and ‘can do’ attitude, along with energy and enthusiasm
- Solid Microsoft skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
