In short, your role within **Jungheinrich** will play a crucial part in providing the customer with complete peace of mind in managing their intra-company logistics.
**The Role**:
- To effectively account manage both customer and internal operator training requirements, including quoting, coordinating and facilitating paperwork and certificates.
- Ensure correct and swift processing of all work recorded.
- This role will develop the individual to be able to work in the Central TS team.
- You will be undertaking a Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration
**Role Responsibilities**:
**Main Duties**:
- Communicating with customers and suppliers via various communication channels tailoring a training solution to meet their requirements
- Processing and control of training sales orders (external & internal) and invoicing
- Complete management of training certificates and the training solutions database
- Preparation of quotations
- Raising any necessary Credit and Debits
- Raising Purchase Orders for suppliers, follow up, control and monitor
- Process instructor paperwork ensuring accredited standards have been met
- Update and maintain training refresher lists
- Assist with issuing work to instructors
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Training Solutions Manager to aid development of the role.
**Person Requirements**:
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Experience in handling stressful situations resulting from high volume of phone calls, frustrated customers and changes in departmental priorities or procedures
- Strong admin experience
- SAP experience is a plus
- Excel & Word experience
