**We are currently recruiting for the position of Interim Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team at Zoo Hardware.**

Reporting to the Finance Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the management of the Finance team at Zoo Hardware.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and Management Information pack to PLC reporting deadlines complete with trend analysis and explanations of variances to forecast, budget and prior year
- Analyse and interpret results and trends to enable the business to make informed strategic decisions
- Develop a suite of KPI’s and management information reports that meet management’s needs. Continue to develop those reports to ensure that they continue to be relevant and insightful
- Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place. Recommend improvements to existing processes and services to ensure continuous development. These controls will be tested/audited by Tyman PLC’s internal auditors from time to time
- Accounts Receivable - Ensure sales invoices are raised promptly and are accurate. Ensure credit limits with customers are appropriate. Ensure collections are in line with agreed terms
- Accounts Payable - Ensure all liabilities are recorded. Ensure suppliers are paid in line with agreed terms
- Oversee payroll process, ensuring accurate, approved information is provided to HR for monthly processing
- Manage the capital expenditure process
- Production of quarterly forecasts to Group timetable covering P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflow complete with variance analysis
- Manage the annual budget process to Group timetable, including the collation of all inputs from the team
- Provide quality financial analysis to support new product, supply chain and pricing initiatives
- Assist CFO and Divisional Controller with investors, banks, advisors, consultancy issues etc where necessary
- Implement, maintain and regularly review standard costs

**What we’re looking for**:

- As this is an interim role, there is a requirement to establish responsibilities and begin performing effectively within a short space of time, and therefore experience within a similar role is essential
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualification
- Experience gained in an SME environment, with some experience of working in a subsidiary of a larger Group
- Strong numeracy and financial modelling skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to form strong relationships across all levels
- Proactive approach with strong analysis, commercial and communication skills
- Experience in using Sage 50, Orderwise and Onestream Financial Management package would be an advantage
- Able to start immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
