Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a 1-year fixed term, full time (36.25 hours per week) Finance Business Partner, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £39,449 - £43,521 per annum

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Finance Team at CCHA. Our Finance Business Partner is a new role which will be the key link between the Financial Reporting Team and the business decision makers. You will provide valuable financial advice, challenge and support, strategic insight, and business solutions. Providing 'real time' support and analysis, acting as a trusted adviser and supporting effective decision making.

CCHA owns and manages more than 7,000 homes across the North of England in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Lancashire. As an Association, we focus on the needs of the local communities we serve, tackling the housing crisis, improving services within our communities, and use our strength and efficiency to meet housing service needs. We are committed to providing excellent services to our customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £39,449.00-£43,521.00 per year
