**Based in Newport, south Wales but with flexibility to work from home, you must be able to commute to the office at least one day per week**

This role is working with TALiNT Partners' strategic parter **Stratigens **who are a fast-scaling business-to-business technology firm. Stratigens software uses the latest in machine learning and big data to help the world’s best companies make smarter decisions about where to grow, who to hire from and the diversity of their workforce. This role will let us celebrate and shout about our success and is pivotal in driving our future growth and developing our digital marketing strategy.

You will be joining a team of brilliant people working with some of the world’s biggest brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Stratigens CEO and the Global Marketing Director of TALiNT Partners to position Straigens outstanding offerings to drive growth.

**Key accountabilities**
- Implementing and measuring the performance of the Stratigens marketing strategy across digital marketing and social media channels including
- SEO and SEM
- Optimising our content strategy by researching and creating content to be posted across Talent Intuition owned channels e.g. A monthly newsletter, Stratigens blog and third-party websites, and amplifying this content across social media.
- Creating social media graphics (Canva)
- Optimising how we use our HubSpot customer relationship management system (CRM), particularly the use of its marketing functionality and ensuring the data is maintained

**What we are looking for**

As we are a technology scale-up on an accelerated growth path, the willingness to get involved in a range of tasks is key. We need someone who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team, with good personal skills and a flexible can-do attitude.
- Educated to degree level in business management /digital marketing / marketing will be particularly relevant and useful.
- Ideally 18 months to 2 years' work experience in a business to business marketing role
- Outstanding written communication skills including the ability to create engaging marketing communications
- Design skills and ability to create visual/graphic posts including animated slideshows and videos is advantageous
- Detail oriented and comfortable managing and analysing data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint . Experience of CRM systems and their use for marketing campaigns. HubSpot experience would be particularly useful.
