Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Marketing Automation Executive responsibilities include:
**Responsibilities**
- Working with local and global teams to identify opportunities to deliver tailored cross-channel communications, campaigns and nurture programs using marketing automation
- Designing innovative test & learn plans and A/B tests to create and optimise campaigns, finding more efficient ways to run campaigns and business processes via HubSpot
- Creating audience and contact list segmentation strategies for effective campaigns, collection of contact data and contact lifecycle strategies
- Execute lead nurture campaigns to improve user experience throughout the customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to retention, facilitating single view of customer
- Maintain HubSpot platform assets, workflows, templates, and files so they remain on brand and consistent with other platforms and channels e.g., social, website, GoToWebinar
- Define frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness, set KPIs, benchmarks and targets, highlighting insights and recommendations for business goals aligned to wider marketing team
- Ensuring optimal setup, execution and governance of campaigns in HubSpot to optimise campaign performance
- Identification of opportunities for automation to improve data quality across the client and prospect database
- Working with cross-functional teams and legal to ensure our approach to capturing, storing, and processing data is GDPR compliant locally and globally

**Experience Required**
- Experience of delivering personalised multi-touch marketing automation campaigns
- Project prioritisation and managing multiple stakeholder expectations at the same time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Entrepreneurial, with a clear eye for return on investment
- Open mindset, not discouraged by challenges or hurdles
- Self-starting, but collaborative in approach
- Highly organised and efficient - able to work effectively under pressure
- Good team player with strong stakeholder management skills
- Passion for digital marketing excellence and best practice
