**What we are looking for**
- Experience in operations and a strong background in driving sales
- Proven track record of delivering on KPI's - structure, organisational skills and time management is key
- Management experience with a positive, solution focused mindset
- Great attitude

- Attention to detail
- Fluent English
- ITEC, CIBTAC or equivalent beauty qualifications such as NVQ 3 advantage
