Customer Service Advisor

Our client, a representative of an Insurance and Financial Services provider, is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their long standing and productive team.
This is a full time, permanent position, based in North Walsham.
This post would suit someone that is either looking for that next or first step in their career or somebody with previous industry experience.
- Delivering excellent customer service by having real conversations with clients
- Ensuring that the clients find the best insurance product to suit their needs.
- Dealing with existing and new customers supporting with inbound and outbound telephone calls,
- Cross-selling and up-selling company products.
- Adhering to compliance regulations and a good degree of multi-tasking.
- Build rapport and focus on customer conversations while navigating through in-house IT systems.
- There will also be an element of administrative support, helping the partners and other members of the team with client reviews and processing changes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge and understanding of office IT products, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A full UK driving license is also required.
