**Service Advisor**:

- Location: North Walsham, Norfolk_

My client is a large agricultural main dealer, currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to support the Service Manager and join
our existing team.

**Service Advisor Role Purpose**:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the Service office and it's overall profitability.
You will also be assisting in maintaining effective and accurate communications between customers and technicians in relation to the repair and maintenance of Agricultural and Horticultural machinery.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:
❖ Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner
❖ Main point of contact for horticultural machinery customers
❖ Familiar with raising job cards and invoices as required
❖ Working with head office warranty team administering claims and queries.
❖ Ability to communicate to all levels of the business
❖ Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
❖ Be organized with the ability to multitask efficiently
❖ Have a flexible and approachable manner
❖ Be self-motivated with the ability to work well with others
❖ Be confident and show initiative
❖ Good keyboard and PC skills
❖ Good knowledge of Microsoft office to include Word and Excel
❖ Accuracy with numbers and handling of cash
❖ Professional and tidy appearance
❖ Strong attention to detail

**Service Advisor Benefits**:
Hours: 40 hours per week - 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Permanent, Full Time, Salaried

**Salary**: £Competitive, depending on experience + profit related bonus.
Benefits: 32 days annual leave including bank holidays, Company Sick Pay Scheme after 6 months service, Workplace Pension after 3 months service, 25% Staff Discount in country Stores and Death in Service Cover (2 x salary)
