**Training Structure**:
1. Induction

Begin your journey with a comprehensive induction program, where you will be introduced to our company's vision, values, and culture. Familiarise yourself with our products, target market, and sales processes to lay a solid foundation for your success.

2. Classroom Training

Engage in interactive classroom sessions led by industry experts. Learn advanced sales techniques, effective communication strategies, negotiation skills, and customer-centric approaches. Develop a deep understanding of our products and their unique selling points.

3. On-the-Job Training

Gain practical experience by shadowing experienced sales managers and working closely with seasoned professionals. Receive hands-on training in client meetings, presentations, proposal creation, and sales forecasting. Learn how to navigate objections, overcome challenges, and close deals effectively.

4. Mentorship
