Travel is Back and due to growth within the business we are now looking for an Experience Luxury Travel Consultant to join the team. At Optimum Experience we pride ourselves on providing each of our customers & clients with a world class service so you will be driven, full of personality and put each customer at the focus of what you do.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Tailoring and designing a range of holiday types including weddings, honeymoons, all inclusive, adult only, adventure and family trips.
- Offering exceptionally high levels of service to the discerning traveller.
- Handling a range of worldwide luxury travel incoming enquiries.
- Working with the marketing & product team.
- Building relationships with customers & agents.
- Account managing clients from start to finish.
- Drive business through social media, events and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Autonomy to organise and action your own daily workload
- Recommending luxury boutique hotels and destinations.

About You:

- Experience within a luxury tour operator or travel agency is essential.
- Good knowledge of some worldwide destinations.
- An experienced travel consultant looking to progress their travel career and grow within the company long term.
- Strong work ethic with impeccable customer service skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
