**What you'll be doing**
As a Team Organiser, you will have the following accountabilities:
- Undertake general office administration duties including control of all mail,
coordinating diaries, processing and maintaining personnel records
including vulnerable assets such as mobile telephones, make necessary
returns.
- To set up new starters with logins and all IT ordering.
- To Arrange travel, hotels, STH/ LTH vehicles / fuel cards and permit to drive
for new starters.
- To Organise meetings and the production, collation and dissemination of
documentation for and resulting from them, take minutes when required
and follow up actions from the meeting.
- Provide a consistent telephone presence on behalf of the team delivering
excellent customer service levels.
- Maintain an efficient filing system paying particular attention to records of
standing meetings, statuary records and authorisations.
- Utilise financial and procurement systems and act as Local Purchasing
Agent (Where directed) ordering stationary and other office consumables
and providing support to the delivery team to use these systems to procure
site-based equipment, plant or materials as required.
- Report team problems e.g IT/ Printer issues and office facilities and monitor
response.
**Who we're looking for**
You will have the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and project packages.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Previous experience of working in a pressurized environment.
