We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Livestock Administrator to join our busy team. This is a vital role within our livestock department, ensuring all animal movements, transactions, and records are managed accurately and within strict reporting deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all livestock are booked in and recorded accurately and promptly.
- Report livestock movement licences (LIS and ScotEID) within the required timeframes.
- Reconcile daily production figures to confirm all data is correct and accounted for.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock locations.
- Record and approve Livestock, Haulage, and Buyers’ Commission invoices accurately and on time.
- Notify the Livestock Office Manager of any discrepancies or potential disruptions to daily operations.
- Provide general support to the Livestock Office Manager as required.
- Previous experience in livestock administration or within an agricultural/livestock setting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with LIS, ScotEID, and livestock tracking/reporting systems (desirable).
- Proficiency in data entry and using bespoke or industry-specific software.
