**Where do you come in?**

We’re looking for a standout Client Services Executive - someone who shares our values, and who will delight our Event Organisers and their patrons through the exceptional delivery of our market leading products and services.

You’ll be passionate about the Events sector, and focused on helping our event organisers execute the perfect ticketing solutions and on-site services to optimise the success of their event/s.

You’ll be working in the fast-paced, and exciting world of Events: where deadlines are tight, pressure occasionally intense, plans ever evolving - but your calm, organised and detailed approach will ensure our products & services are delivered to perfection

**Job Description, main duties, and responsibilities**:

- Build and produce stunning event ticketing solutions on our ticketing platform - at speed and with design flair and accuracy. (Full training given, but prior knowledge of Adobe Express / Canva is beneficial)
- Present our products and services in a structured, professional manner.
- Effectively and proactively communicate with event organisers at all stages of the event cycle: planning; ticketing go live and on sale; on event day; and post event.
- On-site event day delivery and supervision of entry staff from time to time (occasional weekend work will be required).
- To work collaboratively with Sales to actively participate in maintaining all existing clients relationships to ensure optimal retention rates, as well as revenue growth.
- Work collaboratively with sales to onboard new event organisers.
- To manage refunds, ticket reissues, change of dates, event cancellations.
- Assist our tech team in rigorous testing of site improvements, and reporting of any issues or bugs.
- Actively contribute to marketing initiatives, working with our marketing team on a regular basis. And advising organisers where required on how best to utilise social media.

Full training is of course given on all aspects of the role.

This is a Salaried Role with overtime being paid as and when required. Although this not expected to be often.

**The Remuneration Package Includes**

The Salary is £18,000 - £23,500 depending on experience and aptitude.

23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Weekend Work is paid at Saturday (Normal rate), Sunday (150% Hourly Rate), Bank Holidays (Double Time). (This can be taken either in Pay, or Additional Holiday)

Company Pension

Expected hours: 37.5 per week - Monday to Friday
