**Traffic Desk Co-ordinator - Job Summary**:
We’re supporting our client, a leading global distributer of frozen food based in Whitchurch, Shropshire, who are looking for a Traffic Desk Co-ordinator to join their growing team. The successful Traffic Desk Co-ordinator will have experience of carrying out fleet status checks and updating ETAs for any inbound vehicles.

**Salary**: £25,000

**Job Type**: 12-month FTC

Location: Whitchurch, Shropshire

Job Start date: ASAP

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the main point of contact for drivers
- Ensuring the transport plan is executed
- Adhering Transport Legislation, EU Regulations, and the Working Time Directive
- Carrying out fleet status checks
- Highlighting and communicating late running vehicles to the Traffic Support team
- Owning the nights handover process
- Updating ETAs for any inbound vehicles
- Maintaining all relevant systems
