We're looking for a Social Content Creative to help us make them happen. Come join the excitement. **The role** Have you figured out how to hack Instagram’s algorithm? Clinically TikTok obsessed? Enjoy experimenting with design and video in your spare time. If you _live_ and _breathe_ social media, and don’t mind being in front (and behind) the camera - keep reading. If you would describe yourself (hopefully not at parties) as an ‘ideas person’, are equally comfortable planning long-term strategy than you are creating ad-hoc content, and are up for the challenge of explaining complex financial concepts through bite-sized social posts, then you might be**the one**. Sitting in the marketing team, you will work closely with other teams within the department - from Content and Affiliate Marketing to Designers and PR - as well as teams outside of it, such as Data and Compliance. This person will be able to collaborate with team members of all seniority levels, including the C-suite. Should you be up for the job, you'll be working for one of the fastest-growing fintechs, helping us shape our social channels and create the best content in fintech. It’s a pretty big deal. **What you can expect to be doing**: - Take ownership of Chip’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Storyly). - Pitch, develop and test innovative social content ideas. - Produce a variety of creative assets - from static posts and tweets, to videos and written copy. - Analyse the performance of social channels to understand what’s working and what isn’t, and adjust the content strategy accordingly. - Work with team members from other departments, to ensure our content fits within the broader Marketing strategy. **What we’re really looking for**: - Someone who can turn around content from ideation to production faster than you can say "have you seen Duolingo's TikTok account". - Confident user of all key social media platforms (LinkedIn through TikTok). - Knows how to gather and analyse data from these platforms to determine what works and what doesn’t. - Not afraid to push creative boundaries. - You are quick to respond to the latest trends. - You are able to explain complex concepts in simple and digestible terms. - A self-starter who is happy to independently take a piece of content from ideation to production. - Comfortable with all types of content - from written copy to video. - Can brief a designer to create visual content. - Can create content in line with Compliance guidelines. **Desirable experience & skills**: - Video editing experience. - Experience using tools such as Storyly. - Financial marketing experience (or similar regulated industry). - Start-up/scale-up experience. - Copywriting experience. - Interest in the fintech space **What we’re really looking for**: ️ Someone with a genuine interest in Chip and is excited about being part of a fast-growing company and our mission to build the investment super app of the future.
