The **People Coordinator **is responsible for supporting the Talent and Organisational Development Partner and the broader HR department in the delivery of HR and Talent initiatives. You will assist on a range of projects including recruitment, supporting our internal talent programs and have a role in the design, collation and delivery of company attraction, retention, and development initiatives.
As a **People Coordinator**, you:

- Will assist in delivery of L&D content and Talent initiatives across the group.
- Will manage e-learning and recruitment platforms - ensuring process compliance.
- Will identify target audiences for training programmes and facilitate event organisation.
- Provide support with the administering and delivery of company Apprenticeships programmes.
- Provide support with the design and collation of material in support of Management and Leadership Development Programmes.
- Provide support with Learning & Development activity to include in-house training events, and Company Induction.
- Will work collaboratively with the HR Team to support and contribute towards the People Plan.

Relationship Building, Systems Knowledge, Commercial Awareness, Advising, Coaching, Influencing skills and HR Strategy and Execution.
**Who are we looking for?**
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent presentation skills, time management and strong attention to detail. Previous demonstrable experience working within an HR or Recruitment remit is desirable along with an understanding of HR/Recruitment systems (experience with ATS and/or LMS desirable). We are looking for proven skills in using word processing, systems administration and be proficient in excel and PowerPoint. You will be passionate about the amazing brands we market and have the drive and tenacity to succeed.
