**The challenge**:
Getting back to the front of the grid means finding and attracting the very best talent. As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll help us on our journey to becoming a World Championship contending race team by growing that talent across our business - in F1, Indy Car, Electric Racing, Esports, Commercial, and our support functions.

**Your team**:
You’ll work closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Partners and be part of a progressive People Team that has already delivered significant transformation and positive change. It’s a team that’s built on collaboration and communication. And it’s one where you’ll always strive for better.

**Your day-to-day**:
You’ll spend your time:

- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Writing and posting job descriptions on job boards, LinkedIn and the careers site.
- First point of contact for all recruitment queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with hiring managers.
- Management of our ATS platform to ensure data quality.

**To join our race for performance, you’ll need**:

- Prior experience gained in a recruitment coordination/administration role ideally within an internal environment or RPO.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment process including using Application Tracking Systems.
- A strong knowledge and passion for recruitment.
- Attention to detail and comfortable working to agreed KPI’s, SLA’s
- An ability to thrive in a fast-growing business where things genuinely do move at pace.
- To not be afraid to act on feedback, challenge the status quo, or learn new ways to work.
- To be able to manage your time effectively, prioritise your workload, and take responsibility for your decisions.
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask and work independently
- Experience of using the full Microsoft 365 Office Suite.

McLaren Racing is based at the iconic McLaren Technology Centre on the edge of Woking.
