**About us**

At Container Hire Services Ltd, we specialise in the hire and sale of storage containers and portable accommodation units to a diverse customer base. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Hire Controller to join our talented team.

**Hire Controller position**

The Hire Controller will support the office in all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will demonstrate excellent customer service and ensure administration processes are both accurate and timely. You will be a great co-ordinator, who enjoys planning and organising while working in a busy but friendly team environment.

If you join us, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive company induction and training programme, we’ll then work with you to identify your personal development needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first class customer service
- Prepare hire contracts, sales notes, quotations and any other necessary correspondence
- Handle and record customer enquiries and source new business
- Follow up quotations and enquiries
- Courtesy calls after delivery to help ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Administrative duties, including raising purchase orders
- Maintain accurate and up to date records

**Skills And Experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload
- Effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT/Computer skills. IT literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook)
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in the hire industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
