Our client is a leading independent pharmacy chain in the North of England, and currently has a vacancy for a GPhC registered Pharmacist Manager to join their branch in Chester (CH3).

This is a fantastic full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 6pm (4 days will be considered).

**Essential Requirements**
- GPhC accredited and registered Pharmacist.
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy (MPharm).
- Ideally some experience of managing a community pharmacy.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to get involved and provide a hands-on approach to running the pharmacy effectively.
- Ability to work with others in a multidisciplinary team and lead a team.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing a team to provide clinical integrity through the adherence to company procedures, relevant legislation, and codes of ethics.
- Get involved in running the pharmacy effectively, including answering the phone, serving customers etc.
- Ensure that efficiency and high levels of patient service are maintained at all times.
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
- Foster good working relationships with other healthcare professionals.
- Be able to drive performance in line with business objectives and will develop the team and service offering to meet and exceed expectations.

**Salary & Package**
- Up to £27.00 per hour.
- Sign on bonus.
- Full training provided and paid for.
- Performance related bonus.
- 5 weeks holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
