Mental health experience is desirable but not essential.This post is Fixed term: 12 months (Maternity cover).For a band 7 post, you will have at least 2 years post-registration experience, be completing or have completed clinical pharmacy post-graduate study and possess well-developed clinical pharmacy skills.Shortlisting for this vacancy is due to commence on 29/12/2025 and the proposed interview date is week commencing 12/01/2026.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will contribute to the planning and delivery of specialist mental health clinical pharmacy services as part of the CWP pharmacy team. This will include working as a member of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that pharmaceutical care needs of patients are met, ensuring that medicines management standards are upheld in all areas of the trust and providing education on safe and effective use of medication to medical and nursing staff, patients and carers.
